Getting Your Deposit Back

We understand you're excited to welcome your new Labrador puppy home! To receive your initial $500 deposit back, we require spaying or neutering your pup by 9 months of age (DOB + 9 months). Example: DOB 4/19/25 + 9 months = 1/19/26 deadline.

Why We Recommend Early Spay/Neuter

We highly recommend spaying or neutering your pup by 6 months old. This helps prevent unwanted behaviors like marking, roaming, and mounting. It also aligns with the recommendations of major veterinary organizations like the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA). 1

What You Need to Do

1. Schedule a spay/neuter surgery with a licensed veterinarian well before your pup reaches 9 months old.
2. Get proof of the surgery from your veterinarian (usually a receipt or a letter).
3. Take pictures of incision
4. Submit pictures of incision & proof of surgery to us within 14 days of the surgery.

Once we receive and verify, we'll issue your $500 deposit refund.

Choosing a Different Path?

If you have specific reasons for wanting to wait on spaying/neutering your pup, we recommend discussing this with your veterinarian. However, please be aware that your deposit will not be refunded unless the surgery is completed by 9 months old.
