Visitation Policy, Liability Release Notice, and Indemnification Agreement for all of our Labrador Retriever Puppies for Sale in Scottsdale, Phoenix, & Tucson, Arizona.
The depositing person (the person who made deposit to reserve your pick number), is responsible for ensuring that all of the guests in your party (you and anyone you bring or invite with you) are aware of and comply with this Visitation Policy, Liability Release Notice, and Indemnification Agreement. If you or anyone in your party violate any part, you agree to indemnify USA Purebred Labs LLC, the owners, or agents from any loss, damage, or expense that may arise to enforce any part. You agree to pay an automatic provision of $500 to retain an attorney plus $1.00 per mile and $1.00 per minute of time it takes to enforce any part including but not limited to: Time spent with an attorney, time in court, and for time spent drafting response letters, preparing evidence. You are required to agree to this Visit Policy, Liability Release Notice, and Indemnification Agreement for puppy visits & on site puppy selection, but you are not required to agree to this to select your pup.
If you do not agree to our Visit Policy, Liability Release Notice, and Indemnification Agreement, do not come to the puppy visit or selection day. Please notify us via email, list your puppy preferences as described below, and we will arrange to meet you outside of our property where we can go through anything puppy related. Sometimes people can't make it during the times we set aside for visits. There are no makeups. Please show up on time. If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle parked in our driveway. DO NOT: Park in the neighbor's drive ways, block our drive. DO NOT exit your car until your time slot has arrived. If you enter the puppy visitation area early, you will be asked to return to your car.
No photos or videos of our house, property, dogs, myself, or my family. When you visit, you are a guest on OUR PRIVATE property. You or anyone in your party DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION to record , take photos, share on social media, or publicize anything except the pups. No feeding our dogs or bringing food onto our property. It is your job to monitor your children. You will be allowed to handle and interact with the puppies. You & anyone in your party must not have had a dog or any animal with parvo or distemper on your property within the last year. You must not have come into contact with a dog or animal with parvo or distemper within the last week. You must not have come from another breeder's property in the same day. If you recently visited another breeder within 1 week, you must wear different shoes than what you wore to that breeder's property, disclose the breeder's name, address, and date of visit to us.
Our homeowner's insurance does not cover any accidents that are business related. Therefore in order to mitigate and limit our risks: The time scheduled is an invitation for the immediate family members of the adopting family ONLY. No friends, neighbors, or extended family. In other words, only the mom, dad, brothers, and sisters (the people you agree to take financial responsibility for) are invited to the visits. If you bring uninvited guests, you agree to take full financial responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur while on our property.
YOU & YOUR PARTY's VISIT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK & LIABILITY:
If you or anyone in your party sustain an injury, damage, or sickness while on our property, you agree to release us from liability. Please act according to your own physical abilities including but not limited to: If you are unsteady on your feet or have health issues, use extra caution on our property especially when stepping in and out of the puppy pens and while walking across our lawn as some surfaces are uneven or may have a divot that could cause you to trip and fall.

Can't make it?
If you are not able to make the 7 week selection & take home, just email me your preferences in order of 1,2,3 based on your pick number. We charge $35/night for delayed pick up. For example if you have 2nd pick I need 2 preferences in order of preference. If you have 4th pick I'll need 4 preferences in order of your preference. If I do not receive your preference the day before the 7 week selection & take home date and you do not arrive within 45 minutes of the starting scheduled time as listed below, you will be assigned a puppy. Facetime during your time slot is also an option.
Unless arrangements are mutually agreed upon in advance, pups that are not paid for by the selection & take home date, will be resold and deposit will be forfeited.
